Description of the implementation
The line intended for milling igneous rock into a 8-16 mm fraction.
The task of the presented kit of equipment is, to crush igneous rock into a 100 mm fraction to a fraction of 8-16 mm. Thanks to the use of a roller crusher, the formation of sub-grain dust is eliminated. An additional advantage of using a roller crusher, is the reduced wear and tear on the crushing components, in this case the roll linings. The machine for the crushing presented here is equipped with 80 mm-thick linings made of wear-resistant manganese steel. The weight of one roller is 3500 kg!
