Description of the implementation

The line for milling window profiles with a steel recovery system.

The task of the presented set is the milling of PVC window profiles. Thanks to the use of a two-shaft mill, we can initially mill profiles up to 5 running meters in length. The next stage is the crushing/milling of the material using a hammer crusher. Thanks to this type of device, we obtain two products: cleaned steel and PVC granulate. The magnetic separator performs the function of recovering steel from PVC.
